Lion Sanctuary

The Vasoni lion Safari is one of the most preferred wildlife Safaris in the sylvan beauty of Silvassa. Situated about ten kilometers from the main city, the lion sanctuary offers guided trips tt tourists around what is called the lion Habitat.  These mini buses ferry around the city around the lion Habitat and tourists can actually catch a glimpse of the tiger in its sublimity in its chartered.



The lions are fed and taken care of by the authorities. Just outside the sanctuary is a tree that dates back to the almost the 17 century. The tree has a deep hollow bark and once inside tourists can actually experience an unexplained quaint and calm that is inexplicable.
