Madras Crocodile Bank

Madras Crocodile Bank  was formed in 1976 and it is world's largest reptile zoo. It is at a distance of 40km from Chennai. It is also an herpetology research station and a non government environmental organizations in Asia. It has largest collection of crocodiles, alligators and it is spread over 8.5 acres of land.

8:30am to 5:30 pm whole week except Monday it is closed.

Rs. 35 for adults, Rs. 10 for children below 10 years

Night Safari Entrance Fees :- Rs. 60 for adults, Rs. 20 for for children below 10 years

The major attraction is night safari which is on saturday and sunday only from 7pm to 8:30pm. You can also enjoy the feeding demonstration on Sundays of different  Snakes, Crocodiles, Tortoises.
