Bannerghatta National Park

Bannerghatta National Park was opened in 1974 and also famously known as Bannerghatta Biological Park. It is spread on a huge 2500 acres of greenery and variety of flora and fauna. This zoo also has Butterfly park, Museums which show zoological exhibits. There are buses for the visitors to enjoy the whole safari from the bus.They have created a nature camp for school childrens and other tourists.

9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The Park will be Closed on Tuesday.

Rs. 25 for adults, Rs. 10 for children and Rs. 15 for senior citizen

Grand Safari Entrance Fees :- Rs. 60 for adults, Rs. 30 and Rs. 20 for senior citizen

Elephant Joy ride Fees :- Rs.30 for adults, Rs. 15 for children and Rs. 20 for senior citizen

The major and the most famous attraction of the zoo is the grand safari which includes Tiger Safari, Lion Safari, Bear Safari & Herbivore Safari. The next most famous is the butterfly park of the zoo, it is spread across 7 acres and have a butterfly conservatory, museum and an audio-visual room. It has 20 species of butterflies.
