Mukesh Ambani Early Life- Mukesh Ambani was born to Dhirubhai and Kokilaben Ambani on the 19th April, 1957. He was educated at the Abbay Morischa School in Mumbai. He completed his Bachelors in Chemical Engineering from UDCT. Later on Mukesh enrolled at for Masters in Business Management program from Stanford University however he completed only one year. The Indira Gandhi Administration in the 1980’s opened the prospects of Polyester filament Yarn (PFY) manufacturing in private sector in 1980. Dhirubhai Ambani applied for PFY licensing. The competition for PFY licensing was stiff with from giants Tata, Birla and 43 other bidders. Mukesh Ambani dropped out from Stanford to help his father and also start Reliance’s backward integration from textiles in polyester fibers and then on to petrol chemicals.
Mukesh Ambani Business career- Mukesh Ambani started his business career with the intention of diversifying the company’s business. At the time it was a daunting task for the especially for Reliance with the stiff competition from Tata and Birla and the other indigenous players in the market. Starting from polyester the company also emerged into oil and gas exploration as well as production of the same. Mukesh Ambani is also attributed for the creation of Reliance Infocomm now Reliance Communication which focuses on information and communication technology imitative. He also led the creation of the world largest petroleum refinery in Jamnagar India. This company has the ability of producing 660,000 barrels that is equal to 33 million tons of oil per year. This business venture is integrated with petrochemicals, power generation, port and related infrastructure. Under his leadership Reliance India Limited (RIL) is set to transform India’s landscape with low polluting and low carbon green fuel. He also steered Reliance development of Infrastructural facilities through implementation of Pan India network that spans multiple formats of supply chain infrastructure. Apart from his own ventures he is also part of various indigenous and international government ventures.

The Ambani brothers today rejected allegations by Arvind Kejriwal that they had parked black money in HSBC Bank in Geneva and denied that they had any accounts there.Strongly denying the allegations, Mukesh Ambani-headed Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) said neither the company nor Mukesh Ambani has or had any "illegitimate" accounts anywhere in the world."As part of normal business, international subsidiaries of RIL deal with several global banks including HSBC.
