CBSE students to now study Rajinikant’s life![]() Superstar Rajinikant celebrated his 62nd birthday last week. Looking at the superstar’s popularity and growing fanfare the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has decided to include the life of Shivaji Rao Gaikwad in the Learning to Communicate (Course Book Six). “This is for his family collagues, and friends. This birthday is unique because it falls on 12-12-12. We are happy to present some interesting excerpts from Rajnikanth,” said London based journalist writer Naman who has penned a writeup. The Chapter is titled from ‘Bus Conductor to Superstar’ and it comes under the category ‘Dignity of Work.’ This lesson is from the perspective of Rajinikant’s close friend Rao Bahadur who was the driver of the bus in which Rajini was a conductor. This lesson has been reportedly been included to inculcate a sense of achievement among kids and to motivate them to follow their goals and passion in life with persistent hard work. According to the authorities, Rajinikant has been included in the text book purely because of his resilience and focus. The most important stunt of the actor is his jump from being an ordinary bus conductor to one of the most famous entertainers not only in India but also throughout the world. This is certainly not the first time an actor has been included in the syllabi by a respective board of education. When Rajesh Khanna was the reigning superstar in the 1970’s, a textbook prescribed by the Bombay University contained an essay titled the “The Charisma of Rajesh Khanna”.
