Yes Bank, incorporated in 2003 by Rana Kapoor and Late Ashok Kapur, is a new age private sector bank. It is the only bank that has been awarded a greenfield license by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). It offers a full range of products and services in areas of corporate and institutional banking, financial markets, investment banking, corporate finance, business and transaction banking, retail and wealth management across India.
