Vertex Spinning Limited is an India-based company. The Company has two segments: IT Related Products, which involves trading of hardware and software items, and Fabric Products, which involves trading of grey fabric, shirting's and suiting, dress material and blankets. The Company launched a musical compact disk (CD) named as BHAKTI BHAJANS, which contains a collection of bhajans on Ambe Maa, Bholey Shanker, Lord Krishan and Sai Baba. The Company also focuses on publication of daily/weekly news paper from three states, such as Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company sold 22,29,778 meters of fabrics, 15,37,911 pieces of shirtings and 5,12,178 meters of suitings.
