Vardhman Industries Limited is an India-based company. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and marketing of steel ingots and galvanized plain/galvanized corrugated (GP/GC) sheets and coils. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), it produced 7,615 million tons of steel ingots; 43,449 million tons of GP coils, and 16,003 million tons of color coated coil/sheet. During fiscal 2010, the Company had an installed capacity of 16,500 million tons of steel ingots; 45,000 million tons of GP coils, and 41,250 million tons of color coated coil/sheet. During fiscal 2010, it exported its products to Angola, Australia, Congo, Iran, Somalia, South Africa, Tanzania, Malawi and United Arab Emirates. The Company’s plants are located in Ludhiana and Patiala.
