Subsequently, the name was changed to ‘Systematix Consultancy Services Limited’ and received the Certificate of Change of Name from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on July 20.1993. Later on, the name of the company was further changed to the present name, ‘Systematix Corporate Services Limited’ and received the fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name from Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh on December 21, 1993. It is the one of the companies among the group of Systematix. The company is also engaged in leasing and hire purchase, bill discounting, intercorporate loans and deposits, placement of shares, management of public issues, etc.
