Shri Dinesh Mills was incorporated in 1935. The Company operates in two segments: textiles, which includes woolen textile, and pharmaceuticals, which includes empty hard gelatin capsules. It manufactures worsted fabrics (woven blended) and felt. The Company is also engaged in the manufacture of woolen fabrics. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company produced 27,002 meters of woolen fabrics; 1,358,523 meters of worsted fabrics, and 251 meters of felt. Shri Dinesh Mills Limited reported sales of 982.35 million Indian Rupees (US$18.17 million) for the fiscal year ending March of 2012.
