The Company was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 9th May 1972 under the name & style Central Concrete and Allied Products PrIvate Limited and was eligible to commence business from the said date in terms of Section 149 (7) of the Companies Act, 1956. Susequently the Company was converted to a Public Limited Company on 26th July 1990 under the name & style Central Concrete and Allied Products Limited (a closely held Public Limited Company). The Company has been promoted by six Engineers and one Industrialist. Of the said promoters, Mr. C. Mukherji & Mr. A. Mitra still continue to be Directors in the present board of the Company. Among the remaining promoters three of them have left the Company & two have expired.
