The Company is primarily engaged in the trading and manufacturing of mobile handsets, information technology (IT) products and their accessories and the information and communication technology business providing services, mobile content and roaming management services to the telecom operators. It also undertakes development and sale of telecom related software. The Company has plant at its facility in Baddi, in the state of Himachal Pradesh, for manufacturing of mobile handsets. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company acquired 100% holding in Kimaan Exports Private Limited, Beoworld Sdn. Bhd, Malaysia, Spice VAS Kenya Limited, and had subscribed for 75% shares of Spice VAS Uganda Limited.
