MVL Industries was established in 2006. The company is engaged in the assembly and marketing of quality consumer electronic goods under the brand name ‘MEDIA’. The products include television game systems, television, home theatre systems, VCD/DVD players, educational computers, torches, flash lights, rechargeable fans and lights. The company has also tied-up with Nintendo for marketing the former's products in India. The company is at present importing the world's best known brands of toys from international giants in the toys’ industry, all across the globe, and marketing these toys through a franchised chain of premium stores under the brand name TOYZ. MVL Industries Limited reported sales of INR 3.78 billion (US$68.91 million) for the fiscal year ending June of 2012.
