Mount Everest Mineral Water was established in 1991. The company bottles and sells natural mineral water under the brand name Himalayan, which is the only internationally accepted natural mineral water from India. It sources its water directly from an underground aquifer located about 130 metres below the earth's surface in the Shivalik range of the Himalayas. Himalayan natural mineral water is available in six pack sizes namely, two liter, 1.5 liter, one liter, 750 milliliter, 500 milliliter, and 200 milliliter. It is part of the Tata Beverages Group, which is marketing, selling and distributing Himalayan water through Nourishco Beverages Limited.
