Minaxi Textiles was incorporated in 1995. The Company manufactures grey cloth, suits and shirts. The Company’s products type includes twills, voiles, cambrics, poplins, Lycra poplins gabardines, jacquard, satins, matte, canvases, buta dobby, lawn and yarn dyed. As of March 31, 2011, the Company had an installed capacity of 32,20,000 meters of textiles. During the fiscal year ended March 31, 2011, the Company had a production of 1855,912 meters of grey cloth. Minaxi Textiles Ltd reported sales of INR 264.36 million (US$4.82 million) for the fiscal year ending March of 2012.
