Indokem Limited was established in the year 1946. The company manufactures processes and markets a wide range of exclusive dyestuffs to the growing textile industry in India. The Company trades directly and through stockiest in textile dyes, sizing chemicals, vat pastes, vat dyes, textile auxiliaries and reactive dyes. The company has also been a catering to domestic and international markets. The company ventured into manufacturing Anthraquinone series of Vat dyes in 1990’s to cater the growing needs of Textile Industry. The project set up on an area of over 40 acres has an investment of about Rs 350 million. The factory is located at Ankleshwar in Gujarat State, about 300 km north of Mumbai.
Shares of the company are listed on BSE. The company is also amongst the most traded companies of India.
