Harrisons Malayalam Limited was incorporated in the year 1984. The Company is a producer of rubber, cultivator of tea and farmer of pineapple in the region. It is also a processor of other agricultural produce from neighboring farmlands. The company also produces a range of other horticultural crops, such as areca nut, banana, cardamom, cocoa, coffee, coconut, pepper, vanilla, as well as quantities of organic tea and spices. The Company operates in three business segments - tea, rubber and others. The others segment includes engineering contracts, plant tissue culture, and clearing and shipping. The company has successfully introduced a new brand of premium Assam tea under the trade name of "Spencers".
